Tranquility Gift Vouchers are available for purchase online and instore for a monetary amount only. We understand customers appreciate the flexibility of choosing their own treatment/pamper/gift and with this in mind our Gift Voucher Service enables you to choose the amount you wish to give your recipient to spoil themselves at a time convenient to them. Please note appointments are subject to availability so if you are purchasing the voucher with a specific date in mind, we recommend booking the appointment before purchasing your voucher.
Gift Voucher terms and conditions:
- Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers purchased for specific treatments or packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after this time the voucher will revert back to the dollar value for redemption.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- All Vouchers transfers must be put in writing to Tranquility.
- Gift vouchers are redeemable on treatments and PRODUCTS.
